Terms & Conditions

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between this translation and the Indonesian version (Bahasa Indonesia), the Indonesian version prevails.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Housaide app (the "Service"), operated by PT Nadean Sejahtera Bersama ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Housaide helps household or business owners ("Homeowners") record the attendance, leave, and payroll of their workers ("Staff"). Staff join through an invitation code from the Homeowner. The Service is a record-keeping tool; we are not an employer and are not a party to the working relationship between the Homeowner and Staff.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password and invitation code confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
• Users must be legally capable of entering into agreements. The Service is not intended for minors.

3. Homeowner responsibilities

• Homeowners must tell Staff that their position is recorded when they clock in, and ensure that the use of that data is lawful and reasonable.
• Homeowners are responsible for the accuracy of the salary settings, rates, and attendance corrections they enter, and for paying wages to Staff.
• Payroll calculations in the app are a tool based on the data entered. They are not legal, employment, or tax advice, and do not replace the Homeowner's obligations under applicable regulations.

4. Staff responsibilities

Staff must record attendance honestly and must not falsify location or attendance data.

5. Prohibited use

• Using the Service to track or monitor people outside a working relationship, or without that person's knowledge.
• Faking location (for example, with fake-location apps), accessing other people's accounts, or interfering with the security and performance of the Service.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service can be used with a subscription plan based on the number of staff. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• The first month is free for new subscriptions. From the second month, the subscription is charged automatically for the selected plan until you cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel before the free period ends in the subscription settings of your app store.
• Payment is processed by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and is subject to that store's terms, including automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your app store account settings. Deleting your Housaide account does not automatically cancel your subscription in the store.
• We may change plans or prices; changes apply in accordance with the app store's terms and will be announced in advance if they affect your current subscription.

7. Data and privacy

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The data you enter remains yours; you permit us to process it solely to run the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The app, brand, logo, and look and feel of Housaide belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, temporarily suspend, or update features from time to time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or disputes between Homeowners and Staff, including disputes over wages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings for Homeowners, the home screen for Staff). Deleting a Homeowner account deletes the household's data, including Staff accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email, and continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled through consultation; if that is unsuccessful, they will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
