What you may want to know before you start.

Does household staff need to install the app?

Yes. Owners and staff each have access according to their role, so information stays transparent.

What if staff are working out of town?

Staff can request out-of-town duty so that attendance and related components are recorded in context.

Can each worker have a different payday?

Yes. Payroll is set per worker, so it matches each agreement.

Can everyone see the home's location?

No. Location data is used only for attendance and is handled privately.

When can Housaide be downloaded?

Housaide is in final development for Indonesia. Email us to be the first to know when it is available.

Is Housaide paid?

Yes. Housaide uses a tiered monthly subscription based on the number of workers registered:

The fee covers all features for attendance recording, leave requests, and payroll calculation for every registered worker. The first month is free. From the second month, the subscription is charged automatically through Google Play or the App Store until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the subscription settings in your app store.

How many workers can be managed in one account?

Housaide currently supports up to 20 workers per owner account, counted across all properties, following the tiered pricing above. Support for more than 20 workers is in development.

Can Housaide be used for more than one home or property?

Yes. One owner account can have several attendance locations, such as a home, office, or shop, and each worker is assigned to their own location. The subscription stays one per account and does not increase per location.

What types of workers does Housaide support?

Housaide supports many household roles, including drivers, housekeepers, nannies, elderly caregivers, security guards, gardeners, private chefs, and pool attendants, as well as other roles the homeowner can define freely.

What happens to the data of workers who have resigned or been dismissed?

Workers who no longer work for you can be deactivated by the homeowner. Their attendance and work history stay stored for record keeping and are deleted about 1 year after the worker becomes inactive, per the Privacy Policy. A deactivated worker can no longer check in for that household.

Can a deactivated worker still access the data on their account?

A deactivated worker no longer has access to check in or do anything else in that household, in line with their membership status.
